1.What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Venmo, Zelle and Paypal.
2. Do you do Boarding?
No, we are not equipped to board animals with us, we offer overnight stays in your home or daily visits.
3. Are you Licensed and Insured?
Yes, we are licensed with the City of Pacifica and insured by Pet Sitters Associates. We can provide proof of our license and insurance upon request during our initial consultation.
4. What is the process to start service?
We do an initial consultation to meet and greet with you and your furry family member. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, answer any questions, go through your pets needs and routine, fill out paperwork and pick up keys.
5. Does my cat have to have vaccinations?
Yes, Cats are required to have at least FVRCP. If your cat is an in/outdoor cat Rabies is also required.
6. Can I cancel service anytime?
Yes, but we do recommend at least 24-48hrs advanced notice of a cancellation to avoid any charges.
7. If I cancel my service and then need you a few months later, Do I need to fill out paperwork again?
No, we have all your information filed away so you never have to fill out the paperwork again. But we do require you to give us advanced notice to make sure we have space available for your pet in the schedule. If you add a new pet we do ask to have you refill out a new veterinary release form.

I HIGHLY recommend Josie's Pet Service. She goes out of her way to take care of the animals. She treats them likethey were her own. I have cats, dogs and birds and all of them love her almost as much as me! I tend to be very protective over my *kids*. But when I leave for out of town I know I can relax and not worry about any of my babies when they are in her care. Josie also has a veterinary background so she is aware if a pet needs special attention. I can not thank you enough Josie for all the extra things you have done for me and my animals.
